Okay but not like it used to be...

I had been on Weatherbug’s case for a couple of years at least to get a new Weatherbug app for Mac once they decided to make it obsolete. I asked them many times and instead of assuring me that they were working on a new version, they dismissed the idea as never going to happen! Anyway, this version is okay….I LOVE the icons that show what the weather is or if it is foggy: it is a little car with some “mist” around it. :) Now to what I don’t like…now hang on, this is IMPORTANT. Weatherbug! You NEED to bring back your “chirp” to the app! This is the one and only thing I miss. It was greatly appreciated when the bug would “chirp” and blink in the menubar to let me know that severe weather was coming! When I lived in Delaware through two hurricanes/superstorms and a few tornado warnings, this is what I felt protected us from potential disaster. Why you guys decided to drop this ever-important feature is beyond me. When you main the older versions obsolete, I had spent a lot of money and time searching for a replacement and so far nothing comes as close. I do have one I like over Weatherbug but it lacks the “chirp” alert.

BRING THE “CHIRP” ALERT BACK! IT IS A LIFESAVER!
